Although we are a newly established company based in Vienna, we have 20 years of experience in providing individual and independent consulting and in establishing holistic strategies in the private and family-run hotel sector. 


In our experience, a hotel without a coherent structure, combined with a functioning organization and the necessary qualifications, can certainly generate revenue, but it will never reach its full potential. 


Therefore, it is not uncommon for private or family-run hotels to leave 12 to 20% of their revenue potential nearly untapped. One of our goals is to make this potential permanently accessible to our clients.


WHAT WE DO


We do not market systems of any kind. Our focus is on developing and implementing individual structures, organization, and appropriate qualifications that fit the respective hotel. We make hotel-specific changes and understandable improvements that help our hotel partners react faster, easier, and more flexibly to market changes than before, keeping them one step ahead of the competition. In doing so, we fundamentally orient ourselves to the core question: What makes a private or family-run hotel successful?


Even though we do not market systems, we help develop important and essential decision criteria for selecting an appropriate system and its corresponding interfaces. We especially enjoy supporting our clients in contract negotiations with system providers to ensure that the system with the best efficiency and effectiveness for the respective hotel is implemented. Existing systems are often seamlessly integrated. We then carry out all necessary measures to link and optimize all internal and external resources.
